The COVID-19 crisis has severely impacted tourism, causing significant losses and uncertainty about recovery time. Despite the urgent need to restart tourism to safeguard investments and jobs, there are fears and challenges. It’s widely agreed that post-COVID-19 tourism will be different, with changes in products and tourist behavior. Research aims to understand post-COVID-19 tourism concerns and features of the “new normal.” Tourism is a vital economic driver, contributing trillions to global GDP and sustaining millions of jobs. However, its dependence on other sectors amplifies the impact of downturns, making it crucial for global economy stability.
