Skills Assessment
- Participants gained a clear understanding of their digital and green skill levels, with many recognising the value of the self-assessment tools.
- Interest in upskilling was strong, particularly in digital tools, though challenges such as time constraints and competing priorities were highlighted.
Focus on Digital Tools
- Communication tools and management platforms, especially those incorporating AI, garnered significant interest.
- Widely used tools like Canva remained popular, while others, such as Prezi and Notion, sparked curiosity as new options for improving organisational efficiency.
Funding and Learning Opportunities
- The Funding Toolkit and micro-credential learning paths were met with great enthusiasm, reflecting the eagerness of SMEs to adapt and grow.
This journey continues with upcoming feedback sessions and further exploration of digital solutions tailored to the needs of the tourism sector. Together, we can shape a more innovative and sustainable future for tourism.
